• You must comply with all applicable Indian tax laws, RBI guidelines, and MCA regulations.
• You may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your API keys, passwords, and two-factor credentials.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform operations.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Business accounts require valid GSTIN and PAN verification.
• CA and tax-practitioner accounts require additional credential verification.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or incomplete KYC information.

• All software, trademarks, and platform content are owned by FileKaro Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• You retain ownership of your business data uploaded to the platform.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
